Void Property Inspections

We are able to offer to undertake “void” property inspections on behalf of clients. This service allows clients to focus their resources into other areas of business, and is available to council tax and business rate clients as well as commercial landlords.

We will undertake to visit properties (at a negotiated fee) at agreed intervals, and where necessary obtain new occupier details. Photographic detail of the property can also be provided.
