Fine Collection

Fine collection is another areas that RCS specialise in. We specialise in the collection of parking fines first and foremost. Parking fines are self-explanetarily given by parking attendants who patrol local authority-owned parking bays. Despite the PCN parking fine programme's increased success rate over the past year, there are still a large number of fine defaulters.
